Intervention Services
When someone you care about is struggling with substance use, knowing what to say or do can be overwhelming. Compass works with families to understand their concerns, consider appropriate options, and prepare for a compassionate, purposeful conversation.
Every family situation is different. The approach begins with listening, assessing practical needs, and developing a plan with clear expectations and appropriate professional referrals.

An intervention cannot guarantee treatment acceptance or a particular outcome. Urgent medical or psychiatric needs require qualified emergency or clinical care.

Our initial recovery coaching program is designed around a 60-day engagement, with the option to continue support by mutual agreement.
Depending on the agreed service plan, support may include:
- One in-person meeting each week
- Scheduled phone check-ins before and after the weekend
- One monthly family video meeting, with client authorization
- Reasonable text communication during agreed service hours
Services and payment arrangements can be discussed during your complimentary consultation.
